THE BODYBIO LOG APPLICATION IS NOT A MEDICAL DEVICE. IT HAS NOT BEEN EVALUATED OR APPROVED BY THE U.S. FOOD AND DRUG ADMINISTRATION (FDA) OR ANY OTHER REGULATORY BODY.

The App is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. All content provided through the App — including nutritional data, health metrics, wellness scores, AI-generated recommendations, coach suggestions, protocol items, and educational materials — is for informational and educational purposes only.

Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition, diet, exercise program, or wellness regimen. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay in seeking it because of something you have read, seen, or received through the App.

2. AI Features Disclaimer

The App includes AI-powered features, including but not limited to the AI Nutrition Coach, meal photo analysis, barcode scanning analysis, and blood work/lab result analysis. These features are powered by third-party artificial intelligence services (OpenAI).

• AI recommendations are automated and generated by machine learning models. They are not reviewed by medical professionals before being displayed to you.
• AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or omissions. Nutritional estimates, recipe suggestions, and health insights should be treated as approximate guidance, not precise measurements or prescriptions.
• AI analysis of lab results and blood work is not a substitute for interpretation by a qualified healthcare provider. AI-generated lab insights are general in nature and may not account for your complete medical history, medications, or individual health conditions.
• AI meal suggestions and recipes may not account for food allergies, intolerances, drug interactions, or specific medical conditions. Always verify ingredients and consult your healthcare provider if you have dietary restrictions related to a medical condition.

3. Coach Relationship Disclaimer

The coach-client relationship facilitated through the App is a wellness coaching relationship, not a doctor-patient relationship, therapist-client relationship, or any other licensed healthcare provider relationship.

• Coaches using the App are not acting as licensed medical professionals through the App unless they are separately licensed and have explicitly disclosed their credentials to you.
• Coach suggestions, protocols, and recommendations provided through the App do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
• BodyBioLog does not verify, credential, license, or certify coaches who use the platform. It is your responsibility to verify your coach's qualifications.
• Any coach-prescribed protocols (including supplements, peptides, lifestyle changes, and exercise programs) should be discussed with your physician or qualified healthcare provider before implementation.

4. Supplements & Protocols Disclaimer

Any supplement, peptide, vitamin, or protocol information displayed in the App is provided by your coach or entered by you. BodyBioLog:

• Does not manufacture, sell, distribute, endorse, verify, or guarantee the safety, efficacy, purity, or quality of any supplement, peptide, vitamin, or protocol
• Does not make any health claims about any supplement or protocol tracked within the App
• Does not provide dosage recommendations. All dosage information displayed is user-entered or coach-entered and has not been verified by BodyBioLog

Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting, changing, or stopping any supplement, peptide, or wellness protocol. Supplements can interact with medications and may not be appropriate for your individual health situation.

5. Wearable Data Disclaimer

Data from connected wearable devices — including Oura Ring, WHOOP, Apple Watch, Garmin, Apple HealthKit, and Google Health Connect — is provided by the respective device manufacturers and platform providers.

• BodyBioLog does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of wearable data
• Health scores, readiness metrics, recovery scores, and similar values are estimates derived from algorithms, not clinical measurements
• Wearable data should not be used to make medical decisions. If wearable data suggests a health concern, consult a qualified healthcare provider
• Heart rate, HRV, blood oxygen, and other biometric readings from consumer wearables are not equivalent to medical-grade monitoring

6. Lab Analysis Disclaimer

The lab result tracking and analysis features within the App are for informational and organizational purposes only.

• BodyBioLog does not interpret lab results for diagnostic purposes
• Reference ranges displayed are general guidelines and may not apply to your specific situation. Reference ranges vary by laboratory, age, sex, and individual health factors
• AI-generated analysis of lab results is automated and should not replace a qualified healthcare provider's interpretation of your results
• Always discuss your lab results with your ordering physician or healthcare provider. Do not make changes to medications, supplements, or treatment plans based solely on information provided by the App.

By creating an account, accessing, or using BodyBioLog, you acknowledge that:

• You understand that the App does not provide medical advice
• You agree to consult qualified healthcare professionals for medical decisions
• You assume all risk associated with your use of information obtained through the App
• You will not hold BodyBioLog, its officers, employees, coaches, or affiliates liable for any health outcomes resulting from your use of the App

This Disclaimer supplements and is incorporated into our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. In the event of a conflict between this Disclaimer and the Terms of Service, the Terms of Service shall prevail.
